This Privacy Policy explains how Hueyla, a brand of Zaelix LLC (“Hueyla”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), handles information in connection with the website at https://hueyla.com and Hueyla mobile apps, including Diurnal, NumDeck, and Maprise.

Information we collect

When you visit this website, we may receive basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, timestamps, and diagnostic logs through our hosting, security, and infrastructure providers.

If you contact us by email, we will receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, organization, message content, and related context.

How we use information

We use information to:

operate, secure, and maintain the website;
respond to product, support, business, and verification inquiries;
improve public company and product information;
comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

Product privacy: Diurnal

Diurnal is a Hueyla mobile productivity application for routines, reminders, and personal organization. Diurnal is designed to keep routine, reminder, and related productivity data local to the user’s device by default.

If a user chooses to enable optional iCloud sync, Diurnal uses the user’s Apple iCloud account and Apple iCloud services to sync supported app data across the user’s own devices. Hueyla does not control the user’s Apple account, and Apple’s terms and privacy practices apply to iCloud services.

Diurnal may schedule local notifications on the user’s device so reminders can appear at the times the user selects. These notifications are scheduled and managed by the device operating system.

If App Lock or similar passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, or biometric-related protection is available and enabled, the related authentication data is handled on the user’s device through device security mechanisms where applicable. Hueyla does not receive the user’s device passcode or biometric templates.

Product privacy: NumDeck

NumDeck is a Hueyla iOS app for managing phone-number assets and the social or online accounts bound to those numbers. NumDeck is offline-first: the phone numbers, account bindings, renewal dates, notes, and related records you enter are stored locally on your device by default. Hueyla does not operate servers that collect or store this data, and NumDeck does not include advertising or third-party tracking.

Optional iCloud sync. If you enable iCloud sync, NumDeck uses Apple’s iCloud key-value storage (NSUbiquitousKeyValueStore) under your own Apple account to sync supported app data across your own devices. Hueyla cannot access this data. Apple’s terms and privacy practices apply to iCloud services.

Local notifications. NumDeck may schedule local notifications on your device to remind you about renewals or other dates you set. These are scheduled and delivered by the device operating system and are not sent through Hueyla servers.

Privacy masking. NumDeck can mask phone numbers in the interface to reduce accidental exposure on screen.

Operator dashboards and balance sync. NumDeck may let you open a carrier or operator website (for example, giffgaff) in an in-app web view so you can sign in and view or sync your balance. You sign in directly with the operator. Any credentials you enter are used only in memory for that session and are not stored by NumDeck or sent to Hueyla. Your use of operator websites is governed by those operators’ own terms and privacy policies.

Official identity-linked number queries. Where NumDeck refers you to official channels (such as WeChat or Alipay) to check which phone numbers are registered under your identity in mainland China, that query is performed entirely within those official services. NumDeck does not collect, process, or store identity documents or identity numbers.

Product privacy: Maprise

Maprise is a Hueyla native iOS app for systematic knowledge-map learning. Learning content, progress, and related app data are stored locally on your device. Maprise does not require an account, does not include advertising or third-party tracking, and Hueyla does not collect your learning data. For Maprise inquiries, contact contact@hueyla.com.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, process email, maintain security, or comply with applicable law. We may also disclose information if required by law or necessary to protect Hueyla, Zaelix LLC, users, or third parties.

Data retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Third-party links

The website may link to third-party websites or platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Changes
